According to exclusive Gold Derby oddsthat are derived from the predictions made by Expert journalists we've polled, Gold Derby Editors who cover awards year-round, the Top 24 Users who got the top scores predicting last year's nominations and the more than 1,500 total Users who make up the largest (and often savviest) block of predictors, Malek currently leads the race for Best TV Drama Actor with 7/2 odds.

This would be Malek's first nomination and win for the critically acclaimed USA drama in which he plays antisocial tech wiz Elliot Alderson, who connects with the shadowy leader of an underground anarchist hacker group (Christian Slater) in his quest to destroy corporate America.

Spacey (4/1 odds) is hoping to take Malek down for Season 3 of Netflix's "House of Cards." He prevailed just last year for the political show's second season, following seven unsuccessful attempts for his roles in "The Usual Suspects" (1995), "American Beauty" (1999), "The Shipping News" (2001), "Beyond the Sea" (2004), "Recount" (2008), "Casino Jack" (2010) and Season 1 of "House of Cards" (2013). "This is just the beginning of my revenge," joked Spacey during his long-awaited acceptance speech.

As for Heughan (5/1 odds), this international TV sensation ticks a lot of boxes for Golden Globes voters. Remember, these awards are given out by the Hollywood Foreign Press Assn. That's key because the people voting for the Globes love to trumpet new hot stars like Scottish-born Heughan for their media outlets across the world, and "Outlander" is one of Starz's all-time biggest success stories.

Other top contenders for Best TV Drama Actor: Jon Hamm ("Mad Men") is in fourth place with 13/2 odds, Terrence Howard ("Empire") is in fifth place with 8/1 odds and Bob Odenkirk ("Better Call Saul") is in sixth place with 12/1 odds.
